Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and maintaining HR records. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews) Support onboarding and orientation for new hires Maintain employee records and HR databases Handle day-to-day HR operations and documentation Assist in payroll coordination and attendance tracking Help organize employee engagement activities and HR events Address employee queries and support HR policies and procedures

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field 0-1 year of experience in HR or related field (freshers can apply) Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor laws Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
