Qualification :MBA/BBA or equivalent
Experience: 03 to 06 years.
Payroll Management
Statutory Compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, PT, Labor registration etc.)
Carrying out necessary administrative duties
Attendance Management
Employee Relations
Managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
