Bizkro -- a fast-growing social media growth company -- is looking for a

proactive HR Executive

who can help us build and manage a strong team of creators, editors, marketers, and strategists.

Your Role:

Handle end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, sourcing, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews. Build a

strong candidate pipeline

across different roles (videographers, editors, strategists, etc.). Manage employee onboarding, attendance, salary, and leave records. Maintain a positive and performance-driven office environment. Coordinate with department heads for new hiring requirements. Take ownership of HR processes and team performance tracking.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in HR/recruitment (agency or startup preferred). Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to identify and attract top talent fast. Must be comfortable working from the

Khanna office
