Job Summary

The HR Executive will be responsible for

payroll processing, backend HR operations, backend calling, recruitment and requirement handling

, and maintaining accurate employee records. The role requires

strong knowledge of MS Excel

for payroll calculation, reporting, and data management to ensure smooth HR operations across all dealership branches.

Key Responsibilities1. Payroll Management

Preparation and processing of monthly payroll using

MS Excel

. Calculation of attendance, overtime, incentives, deductions, and leave adjustments. Ensuring salary is credited on time through bank transfer. Preparing and maintaining salary sheets and payslips in Excel format. Coordinating with accounts for statutory deductions (PF, ESI, etc.), if applicable.
2. Backend HR Operations

Maintaining employee master data and HR records in

Excel and HR systems

. Updating attendance, leave, and incentive data accurately. Filing and maintaining employee documents properly (Aadhaar, bank details, appointment letters). Ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely updates of HR data.
3. Backend Calling & Coordination

Calling employees for attendance clarification, document submission, and payroll queries. Coordinating with branch staff regarding HR instructions and compliance. Communicating management decisions, policies, and salary-related information.
4. Recruitment & Requirement Process

Understanding manpower requirements from management and branch heads. Posting job vacancies and sourcing candidates through calls, referrals, and local hiring channels. Screening resumes and conducting telephonic interviews. Scheduling interviews and coordinating with management. Completing joining formalities and employee induction.
5. Reporting & Compliance

Preparing HR reports such as attendance, payroll, manpower status, and attrition using

Excel

. Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Supporting management during audits and HR reviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in HR, Commerce, or related field (preferred). 1-3 years of experience in HR payroll or backend HR role.

Strong working knowledge of MS Excel

(salary sheets, formulas, data analysis, reports). Good communication skills for backend calling and coordination. Basic knowledge of HR policies and statutory compliance. High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and time management.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
