We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. This role plays a critical part in shaping the culture, improving employee engagement, and ensuring HR best practices are upheld across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding)
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
Coordinate performance management and appraisal processes
Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Support training and development initiatives
Organize team-building and employee engagement activities
Draft and implement HR policies and procedures
Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR roles (customize per level)
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
