MBA/PGDM in HR / MSW / Graduate with relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant & corporate roles (operators, supervisors, engineers, staff).
Coordinate interviews, issue offer letters, appointment letters, and manage joining formalities.
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.
HR Operations & Administration
Maintain employee records, HR files, attendance, leave and shift data.
Manage HRMS, biometric attendance, and payroll inputs.
Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing and statutory deductions.
Statutory Compliance & Labor Laws
Handle compliance related to
PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Factory Act, CLRA
, etc.
Liaise with labor department, inspectors, and external consultants.
Maintain statutory registers and ensure timely filings.
Employee Relations & Welfare
Address employee grievances and support discipline management.
Assist in performance appraisal processes.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
Training & Development
Assist in organizing training programs (safety, skill development, induction).
Maintain training records and reports.
HR Reporting & MIS
Prepare HR MIS reports related to manpower, attrition, attendance, overtime, etc.
Support HR audits and management reviews.
Required Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of
labor laws & factory HR practices

Experience in
manufacturing / packaging industry preferred
.
Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
Proficiency in
MS Excel, HRMS, Payroll systems
.
Ability to handle shop-floor workforce and contractors.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
