- Assist students in creating impactful resumes to enhance their job prospects.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and job market demands.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR, recruitment, or placement activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the software industry and job market.
