Graduation (MBA HR preferred)
1-3 years experience in HR / Admin role
Knowledge of recruitment & HR operations
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of
MS Excel / Google Sheets
Ability to handle confidential information
Experience in BFSI / Cooperative / Finance sector is an advantage
