The role involves assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a sound understanding of core HR processes, preferably with experience or interest in the retail or jewellery industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with end-to-end
recruitment
: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain and update
employee records
, databases, and HRMS systems.
Support the
onboarding and induction
process for new hires.
Coordinate
employee engagement
activities and internal communication.
Assist with
attendance tracking
, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Handle
basic grievance handling
and escalate issues when needed.
Ensure KPI/KRA/T&D | People management
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Prepare HR-related
reports, letters, and documentation
.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field).
1-2 years of experience in an HR role.
Basic knowledge of
HR functions
, employment laws, and best practices.
Proficiency in
MS Office
and familiarity with
HR software/HRMS

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
