Job Summary:

DERIK GROUP PVT LTD is seeking an enthusiastic

HR Executive (Fresher)

for our Automobile Unit in Kanyakumari District. The candidate must have strong HR knowledge with a passion to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews). Support attendance, payroll inputs, and leave management. Assist in employee engagement activities and HR events. Handle day-to-day HR queries from employees. Prepare HR reports and update HR trackers. Ensure HR policies & procedures are followed at the unit. Support statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESI, etc.) under guidance. Coordinate with all departments for HR-related requirements.

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of HR fundamentals. Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced automotive environment. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT). Willingness to take responsibility and learn.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
