Multibhashi is hiring an HR Executive fluent in Kannada. Candidates with 6+ months of experience are welcome. Freshers and HR trainees eager to learn HR and payroll processes can also apply.
Mandatory Requirements:
Graduation (any stream)
Fluency in Kannada (mandatory)
Own laptop (mandatory)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word & email communication
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound calling to candidates in Kannada
Explain job openings and company details
Internal hiring and interview coordination
Maintain recruitment records and MIS reports
Achieve monthly recruitment targets
Preferred:
Experience in HR recruitment, tele-calling, or customer coordination.
