Duties and responsibilities: 1. Monitoring & Mentoring other HR Assistants
2. Knowledge of ESIC & PF.
3. Understanding of the HR policies, labour laws and statutory Compliance, business understanding, market trends and competitors analysis
4. Answering employee questions.
5. Creating and distributing documents and letters.
6. Providing customer service to organization employees.
7. Serving as a point of contact with benefit vendors/administration.
8. Processing incoming mail.
9. Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data.
10. Setting appointments and arranging meetings.
11. Compiling reports and preparing spreadsheets.
12. Participating in recruitment efforts including creating job descriptions.
13. Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications.
14. Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process. Screening new candidates.
13. Ensuring background and reference checks are completed.
14. Preparing new employee files. Collecting ID cards and other related information.
15. Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
