Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, offer letters)
Coordinate onboarding and induction for new joiners
Maintain employee records and documents
HR Operations
Prepare HR documents: Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, NDAs, MOAs, Exit Documents
Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Handle employee confirmations, increments, and role changes
Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee queries
Support grievance handling and conflict resolution
Conduct regular employee engagement activities
Compliance & Policies
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Maintain HR policies, code of conduct, and SOPs
Assist in audits and statutory requirements (if applicable)
Performance & Exit Management
Support performance appraisal processes
Manage resignations, exit interviews, and full & final settlements
Ensure proper asset and access handover
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Experience with HR tools (Zoho People / Zoho Sign preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good documentation and organizational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,441.48 - ₹32,123.97 per month
