1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments and levels.
2. Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
3. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with department heads for final rounds.
4. Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
5. Maintain a database/talent pipeline for future requirements.
6. Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
7. Maintain and update employee records including attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and personal files.
8. Coordinate onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
9. Support payroll processing and liaise with accounts or finance teams.
10. Administer HR policies, code of conduct, and compliance requirements.
11. Coordinate performance management and appraisal processes.
12. Handle employee queries, grievances, and maintain confidentiality.
13. Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and wellness programs.
14. Prepare HR-related reports, analytics, and dashboards for management.
