A fast-tracked and end-to-end campus hiring initiative aimed at building a strong entry-level talent
pipeline for the Technology department.
Designed and implemented a structured campus recruitment strategy from scratch, including college
identification, outreach, coordination with key placement contacts, and execution of on-ground recruitment activities.
Mapped and connected with target colleges by liaising with placement SPOCs to gather key insights into placement policies and schedules.
Drafted a campus hiring deck framework, later developed further by the technology team.
Key Responsibilities
University Relations: Build and maintain strong ties with colleges, universities, career services, and student groups.
Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute campus events like career fairs, info sessions, and interviews.
Sourcing & Screening: Identify, attract, and screen candidates for internships and entry-level positions.
Employer Branding: Promote the company's image and culture to students.
Candidate Management: Manage communication and the entire hiring process from application to offer.
Strategy & Reporting: Develop sourcing strategies, analyze recruitment metrics, and report on progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation.
Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects and events simultaneously.
