Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment coordination (technical & non-technical roles)
Interview scheduling, offer follow-ups, and onboarding support
Employee records, HR MIS, attendance, and leave management
HR documentation, policy support, and employee coordination
Requirements:
1-2 years of HR Executive / HR Ops experience
Exposure to semiconductor / electronics / manufacturing domain preferred
Good communication and MS Excel skills
Immediate joiner or short notice
