Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Employee onboarding and offboarding documentation
Maintain employee records and HR files
Attendance, leave, and basic payroll coordination
Draft HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, exit)
Ensure compliance with company HR policies
Handle employee queries professionally
Coordinate with management for HR-related activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration or related field
Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor compliance
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email
Freshers can apply (training will be provided)
Prior HR experience is an added advantage
