Job Purpose



The Consultant - HR & Admin will be responsible for leading and managing all HR and administrative functions across GiftAbled's programs, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, people management, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires a combination of strategic HR thinking, operational efficiency, and strong people management skills in a mission-driven organization.

Key Roles & Responsibilities



1. Human Resources (HR)



Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for program and operational staff Maintain employee records, contracts, and documentation Manage performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback Handle employee engagement, and conflict resolution Ensure compliance with HR policies, and organizational guidelines Support leadership in workforce planning and team structuring Coordinate training and capacity-building initiatives Manage exit processes, full & final settlements, and documentation

2. Program Operations & Coordination



Work closely with program teams to support smooth implementation of projects Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Finance, Partnerships) Support program planning, resource allocation, and team deployment Assist in monitoring program staff performance and productivity Ensure timely reporting and documentation for HR-related program needs

3. Administration



Oversee office administration and facilities management Manage vendor relationships (IT, HR services, admin suppliers, etc.) Ensure proper maintenance of office assets and inventory Handle travel arrangements and logistics for staff when required Maintain workplace safety, accessibility, and compliance standards

4. Compliance & Documentation



Maintain HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook Ensure adherence to statutory and organizational policies Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS as required Support audits and organizational reviews related to HR & Admin

Required Skills & Competencies



Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders Experience in HR operations, employee relations, and administration Good organizational and documentation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced social enterprise environment Sensitivity and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion Willingness to travel as per program requirements

Preferred Qualifications & Experience



Master's degree in HR, Social Work, Business Administration, or related field 2-3 years of experience in HR & Administration (preferably in NGOs / social sector) Experience in employee engagement, compliance, and operations Prior exposure to disability inclusion or social impact sector is a plus

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
