The Human Resources Executive will support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance. The role focuses on managing the employee lifecycle while ensuring adherence to HR policies and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer coordination
Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
2. Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage employee records, attendance, and leave management
3. HR Operations & Administration
Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee files
Support HR audits and internal reporting (MIS)
Coordinate with payroll vendors or finance for salary processing
4. Payroll & Statutory Compliance
Assist in payroll processing and salary reconciliation
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, gratuity)
Support implementation and communication of HR policies
5. Employee Engagement & Relations
Address employee queries and grievances professionally
Assist in planning engagement initiatives, events, and surveys
Promote a healthy work culture and employee well-being initiatives
Handle confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit processes
Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition data
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management (preferred)
Experience
0-3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles
Freshers with relevant internships may apply
