We are looking for an HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations across corporate and outlet teams. The role requires a hands-on HR professional who understands the pace and people dynamics of the F&B / hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Manage HR operations including attendance, leave, HRMS updates, and payroll inputs.
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and coordination with managers.
Support employee engagement initiatives, performance processes, and training coordination.
Assist in implementing HR policies and basic statutory coordination.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
1-3 years of HR experience.
Candidates must have prior experience in F&B or Hospitality backgrounds only.
