Role Summary
The HR professional is responsible for managing end-to-end human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, performance management, and maintaining a positive workplace culture. The role supports business growth by ensuring the right talent is hired, retained, and motivated.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding
Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, pre-sales, marketing, and operations roles
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate final selections
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents
Manage employee induction and orientation programs
Employee Management
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution
Ensure smooth communication between management and employees
Implement HR policies, SOPs, and disciplinary procedures
Payroll & Compliance
Coordinate payroll processing, incentives, and commissions
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
Manage PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory filings (if applicable)
Performance & Training
Support performance appraisal processes
Track KPIs, probation reviews, and confirmations
Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs
HR Administration
Draft HR policies, employee handbooks, and internal circulars
Handle exit formalities, resignations, F&F settlements
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1-5 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role
Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
Preferred Experience
Experience in
real estate / sales-driven organizations
Handling incentives, commissions, and field staff
Work Timings
Office Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Working Days: As per company policy

Pay: ?10,169.86 - ?37,710.68 per month
