Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
Support payroll inputs and leave/attendance management.
Assist in employee engagement activities, training coordination, and HR events.
Handle basic employee queries and escalate to senior HR as needed.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws (preferred, not mandatory).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
