Handle end-to-end
HR operations
including employee records, onboarding, and exits. ManageBackground Verification (BGV)
process by coordinating with vendors and candidates. Track BGV status, follow up on discrepancies, and ensure timely closure as per SLAs. Support recruitment, documentation, and compliance with HR policies. Prepare basic HR & BGV reports and address employee queries professionally.Preferably female candidate.
