We're looking for a proactive and people-centric HR Executive to join our growing team! This role is ideal for early-career HR professionals who are passionate about culture building, employee engagement, and end-to-end HR lifecycle management in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct cultural fit assessments during hiring using behavioral interviews and evaluation tools Manage the complete employee lifecycle - onboarding, performance reviews, career progression & offboarding Partner with business leaders to support retention, engagement, and talent development initiatives Organize team-building activities, engagement programs, and cultural initiatives Track and analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement scores, etc.) and prepare reports Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and best practices
Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field1-2 years of HR experience (internships included) in HR operations, recruitment, or engagement Good understanding of cultural fit frameworks and employee lifecycle stages Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Working knowledge of MS Office, ATS tools (e.g., Naukri RMS), and basic HR analytics Passion for Indian workplace culture, people initiatives, and employee well-being

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
