Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive HR Executive to champion cultural fit assessments, manage the full employee lifecycle, and build strong business partnerships. This role focuses on aligning talent with our vibrant organizational culture while partnering with business units to drive retention and engagement. Ideal for early-career HR professionals passionate about people and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cultural fit assessments during recruitment, using behavioral interviews and tools to ensure alignment with company values.
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, performance reviews, career progression, and offboarding.
Partner with business leaders to understand team needs, provide HR insights, and support talent strategies for retention and development.
Organize team-building activities, cultural integration programs, and engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
Track HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement scores) and generate reports to inform lifecycle improvements.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and best practices in a fast-paced startup environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee engagement (internships count).
Strong understanding of cultural fit frameworks and employee lifecycle stages.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder partnerships.
Proficiency in MS Office, HR tools (e.g., ATS like Naukri RMS), and basic analytics.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
