Zyva Chime Private Limited is seeking a proactive and people-focused
HR Executive
to manage day-to-day human resource operations. The ideal candidate will support recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and compliance while helping build a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines
Support performance management processes and employee evaluations
Coordinate training and development programs
Ensure statutory compliance and support audits (PF, ESIC, labor laws, etc.)
Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communications
Support exit processes including resignations, full & final settlements, and exit interviews
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of HR processes and labor laws
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred
1-3 years of experience in an HR role (freshers with strong HR knowledge may apply, if applicable)
