Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Staffing



Coordinate recruitment for teaching and non-teaching staff Schedule interviews, demo classes, and selection rounds Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and contracts Complete joining formalities and induction processes

2. Employee Records & Documentation



Maintain employee files (personal, academic, experience, and compliance documents) Ensure background verification, police verification (PVC), and reference checks Update and manage HR MIS and staff databases

3. Payroll & Attendance



Coordinate monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leave, deductions) Maintain attendance, biometric, and leave management systems Address payroll-related queries of employees

4. Leave & Policy Management



Process leave applications and maintain leave records Communicate HR policies, SOPs, and circulars to staff Ensure implementation of HR policies as per school guidelines

5. Statutory & Compliance



Ensure compliance with labor laws applicable to schools Maintain records related to PF, ESIC, gratuity (if applicable) Ensure child safety norms and mandatory school compliances

6. Employee Relations



Act as a point of contact for staff HR-related concerns Handle grievances professionally and confidentially Support disciplinary processes and performance issues

7. Performance Management



Coordinate appraisals and probation confirmations Maintain appraisal records and feedback documentation Support management in performance-related communications

8. Training & Development



Coordinate staff orientation, training programs, and workshops Maintain training calendars and attendance records

9. Exit Management



Handle resignation process and notice period tracking Conduct exit interviews and prepare reports Ensure proper handover and clearance before relieving

10. Administrative Support



Coordinate with academic and admin teams for staffing needs Support audits, inspections, and accreditation requirements Prepare HR reports as required by management

Skills & Competencies



Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of HR policies and school operations Confidentiality and professionalism Organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in MS Office and HR software

Qualifications & Experience



Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or related field 1-3 years of HR experience (school experience preferred) Knowledge of education sector norms is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
