Key Responsibilities:



HR Operations:

Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment tracking to exit formalities and final settlements.

Payroll & Benefits:

Coordinate salary processing, tax declarations, and business reimbursements with the corporate team.

Compliance & Grievance:

Oversee statutory compliances, grievance redressal, and POSH committee proceedings while acting as a whistle-blower for the system.

Attendance & Leave:

Maintain the Biometric/Leave Management System (LMS) and monitor center-wide discipline and punctuality.

Training & Development:

Conduct local training sessions and coordinate with HQ for inter-regional skill development programs.

Reporting:

Maintain employee databases and provide MIS reports on attrition and center statistics to Regional HR and Center Heads.

Education: BCom, MBA & BBM

Languages : Kannada and Telugu

Experience: 1-2 Years

Location: Rajajinagar and Kalyan Nagar

Salaries based on Interview performance


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
