Job Title: HR Executive

Location: KR Puram , Bangalore

Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

Drive HR initiatives including recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.

Develop and execute HR policies that align with the organizational goals and promote a positive work environment.

Manage employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding.

Provide strategic HR support to leadership and staff.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the real estate, or similar industry.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Smart, strategic thinker with a proactive approach.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
