Source, screen, and coordinate with freelance and full-time trainers across various domains
Coordinate with colleges and institutions for training programs, workshops, and sessions
Share session details, schedules, and content with trainers via email and calls
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (posting jobs, shortlisting, interview coordination)
Maintain trainer and college databases and ensure regular follow-ups
Support onboarding documentation and basic HR operations
Act as a point of contact between trainers, colleges, and internal teams
Ensure smooth execution of training sessions and handle scheduling changes
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant field
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Preferred Skills
Experience in training institutes or EdTech companies
Familiarity with freelance trainer hiring
Basic understanding of academic or corporate training models
