- HR Executive (HR Operations & Compliance) Position Title: HR Executive Department: Human Resources Location: Bangalore Reporting To: HR Manager Position Overview The HR Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting employees throughout the HR lifecycle. This role focuses on recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, documentation, compliance, and employee engagement while maintaining a positive and compliant workplace environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Hiring

Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.

Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.

Conduct inductions and ensure a smooth transition for new hires. 2. HR Operations & Compliance

Maintain HR records, employee files, and HRIS data accurately.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity).

Support HR audits and prepare compliance reports.

Manage documentation related to attendance, leaves, and employee life cycle. 3. Compensation & Benefits

Coordinate payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, overtime, and deductions.

Manage leave and benefits administration.

Support reimbursements, CTC structuring, and employee queries. 4. Employee Relations

Address employee concerns, conflicts, grievances, and escalations professionally.

Ensure a healthy, respectful, and collaborative work environment.

Support disciplinary processes and maintain related documentation. 5. Performance Management

Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and goal-setting sessions.

Document performance reviews and follow-up improvement plans. 6. Training & Development

Identify training needs and coordinate internal/external training programs.

Maintain training attendance, reports, and feedback. 7. Employee Engagement

Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and wellness programs.

Conduct feedback surveys and suggest initiatives to improve employee morale. 8. Offboarding & Exit Formalities

Handle exit interviews, resignation processing, and handover formalities.

Coordinate full & final settlement and issue necessary documents (relieving, experience letters). Essential Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and HR compliance.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Proficiency with HRIS, MS Office, and recruitment platforms.

Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications preferred. Role Focus

Operational: Daily HR administration and process execution.

Compliance: Ensuring statutory compliance and maintaining accurate documentation.

Cultural: Supporting employee engagement and fostering a positive work culture.

Strategic: Aligning HR practices with organizational goals in collaboration with leadership.



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
