Maintaining employee attendance and leave register.
Complete payroll process including salary calculations, deductions and disbursements.
Organizing company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
Handle and file payments for Provident fund(PF),Professional Tax(PT), Labor Welfare Fund (LWF), and Gratuity ensuring compliance with current labor laws.
Exit letter/ service Certificates
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook).
