Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interview coordination).
Oversee employee onboarding, documentation, and induction formalities.
Maintain accurate employee records and update the HR database.
Support payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Assist in performance management cycles and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with labor laws.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-1.5 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR tools.
