Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing onboarding documentation.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and general HR matters, ensuring confidential and sensitive handling of all issues.
HR Administration & Compliance:
Maintain accurate employee records and process HR-related paperwork (e.g., contracts, changes)
Performance Management:
Support the annual performance review cycle through scheduling, documentation, and follow-up.
