: Overall Responsible for Few Verticals of HR process which include Recruitment, On Boarding, Compliance, Employee Engagement, Training and Development & Separation Process for assigned Projects
Specific:
As listed but not limited to
i. Sourcing & Recruitment
a.
Understand the immediate and medium-term requirement for manpower needs based on the company road map.
b.
Analyse the needs for manpower and identify the source (Internal or External).
c.
Plan, direct and coordinate human resources staffing / recruitment activity.
d.
Documentation & Verification
e.
Plan and execute the on-boarding activity for the new hires.
ii. Training & Development
a. Plan and impart training for Key resource and others (Mandate, Role based, and project based) programs to ensure the new hires fit-in to their roles and perform to their defined responsibility immediately.
b. Periodical assessment and feedback session of these new hires to be conducted to ensure they are aligned with the organization expectation.
c. Identify the competency gaps (Skill or Knowledge level).
d. Identify internal / external trainers to impart the identified training needs.
e. Measure and monitor the effectiveness of the training program of both Trainers as well as trainees
f. Certify the skill level of the employees based on the knowledge / skill acquired from the training program and revalidate the certification periodically.
g. Training should Align with Business Forecast and Goals.
iii. MIS
a) Preparing & Sharing Monthly Reports to all stakeholders
.
b) Insight about company, Local, Industry & Legal Issues and communicate to management.
iv. Separation
a) Processing EXIT Formalities as per the Policy.
v. Information Security Roles & Responsibilities:
a. Comply to all the information security policies of the Organization.
b. Maintaining the confidentiality of information
