to support our organization's human resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, compliance, and supporting day-to-day HR functions to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
:
1. Recruitment & Staffing
Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews & coordinating with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and track hiring progress.
Assist in drafting JDs and posting job openings across platforms.
2. Onboarding & Induction
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
Conduct new-joiner orientation and ensure timely completion of joining formalities.
Create and maintain employee personnel files.
3. HR Operations & Employee Data Management
Maintain HRMS records, attendance, leave management, and employee updates.
Prepare monthly HR reports, MIS, and dashboards.
Support payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, leaves, etc.).
4. Employee Engagement
Assist in planning employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
Address basic employee queries and escalate issues when required.
Support employee welfare, policy communication, and grievance handling.
5. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure adherence to company HR policies, labor regulations, and statutory requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation relating to HR processes.
Coordinate documentation for audits, compliance checks, and statutory filings.
6. Performance & Training Support
Assist in execution of performance appraisal cycles.
Help coordinate internal and external training programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-4 years of relevant HR experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HRMS tools, MS Office, and HR best practices.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proactive attitude with a problem-solving approach.
Preferred Skills
Experience in startups or fast-paced environments.
Exposure to payroll processing and statutory HR compliance.
Ability to handle recruitment independently.
