Key Responsibilities



1. Recruitment & Onboarding



Prepare job postings and source candidates through portals, referrals, and agencies. Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with departments for selection. Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and complete joining formalities. Conduct employee induction and ensure smooth onboarding.

2. Attendance & Payroll Support



Monitor daily attendance, leave management, and update HRMS/biometric data. Prepare monthly attendance summary for payroll processing. Assist in salary inputs like new joinees, resignations, deductions, incentives, etc.

3. Employee Relations



Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, payroll, and attendance. Maintain healthy employee relations and support grievance redressal. Organize employee engagement activities and events.

4. HR Administration



Maintain employee personnel files and HR records. Track probation confirmation, appraisal reviews, and contract renewals. Manage HR letters: Salary certificate, experience letter, confirmation letter, etc.

5. Compliance & Statutory Activities



Assist in PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other statutory documentation. Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with labour laws. Prepare required HR reports on monthly/quarterly basis.

6. Training & Development



Identify training needs in coordination with departments. Arrange internal/external training programs. Maintain training records and evaluation reports.

7. Exit Management



Handle resignation process, conduct exit interviews, and prepare F&F inputs. Coordinate for clearance and issue relieving documents.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree / MBA in HR or related field. 1-5 years of experience in HR operations (as applicable). Knowledge of HRMS, MS Office, and basic labour laws.

Skills Required



Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong documentation and organizational abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Problem-solving and time-management skills.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
