Talent Acquisition and Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the company.
Employee Relations
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and other workplace issues.
Support conflict resolution and mediate between employees and management when necessary.
Maintain a positive work environment through regular engagement and feedback.
Assist with organizing workshops, seminars, and employee development activities.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
Assist in planning and implementing employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention strategies.
Support in the development of initiatives that foster a positive company culture and enhance employee satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records for all employees.
Prepare HR-related reports, such as headcount, attrition, and recruitment updates, for management review.
Support in maintaining the employee database and ensuring proper documentation of all HR activities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
