The HR Executive is responsible for supporting all human resource activities, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. The role ensures smooth implementation of HR policies, helps maintain a positive work environment, and supports management in achieving organizational goals through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Prepare offer letters and coordinate pre-joining formalities.
Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
2. HR Operations & Administration
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Support in preparing HR reports and dashboards.
3. Employee Engagement
Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Conduct feedback sessions and surveys to improve employee satisfaction.
Support in implementing recognition and reward programs.
4. Performance Management
Assist in the performance appraisal process.
Track goal-setting and performance review timelines.
Maintain documentation of performance discussions.
5. Compliance & HR Policies
Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Maintain statutory records and assist with audits.
Support in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-4 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role.
Good knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
