Role Overview

We are looking for a

Senior HR Executive

who will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and comfortable handling both strategic and operational HR tasks in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process -- sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and close positions efficiently. Maintain and update HR records, attendance, and employee database. Develop and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives. Handle HR operations such as offer letters, exit formalities, and compliance-related documentation. Support payroll preparation and coordinate with finance as needed. Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure a positive workplace culture. Assist management in implementing HR policies and performance review processes.

Requirement :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

1-2 years of experience

in HR (preferably in recruitment and operations). Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools (Google Workspace, Excel ) Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced work environments.
