Assist the Regional HR in daily HR operations and documentation.
Handle recruitment, screening, and interview coordination.
Maintain employee records and attendance.
Support onboarding, induction, and training activities.
Coordinate staff welfare and communication.
Manage leaves, payroll data, and basic HR reports.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies.
Handle employee queries and maintain confidentiality.
Assist in organizing HR events and meetings.
