Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process -- sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Handle attendance, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
Support employee engagement and grievance handling.
Assist in HR policy implementation and performance management activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR / Management or related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
Good understanding of HR policies, payroll, and compliance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office / HRMS tools.
