Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Workforce Management



Manage daily workforce deployment, attendance, and shift scheduling. Plan manpower as per warehouse needs.

Vendor Coordination



Handle vendor workforce supply, attrition, and compliance. Track vendor performance against SLAs.

Payroll & Compliance



Validate attendance and process payroll inputs. Ensure adherence to labour laws and statutory compliance.

Employee Engagement



Drive R&R, engagement, and welfare initiatives. Resolve grievances and manage exits.

Performance & Process Improvement



Track blue-collar performance and productivity. Recommend HR process and policy improvements.

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
