? Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule further rounds
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process till onboarding
HR Operations & Documentation:
Handle employee documentation, background verification, and file management
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Employee Lifecycle Management:
Manage onboarding and induction processes
Handle attendance, leave management, and maintain HRMIS
Process monthly payroll inputs and support salary administration
Manage employee engagement activities and grievance handling
Oversee exit formalities and full & final settlement
Compliance & Administration:
Ensure HR policies are followed
Assist in statutory compliance and HR audits
? Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR / Business Administration
1-4 years of relevant HR experience
Strong sourcing and recruitment skills
Good knowledge of HR documentation and processes
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools
Female candidates are preferred for this role
