Role Overview
We're seeking a proactive and empathetic HR Recruiter to drive our talent acquisition efforts. You'll be the first point of contact for candidates, representing our brand with professionalism and warmth. From sourcing to onboarding, you'll ensure every step reflects our values and vision.
Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across design, operations, and support roles
Draft compelling job posts tailored to platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and WhatsApp
Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, and offer rollouts with speed and clarity
Maintain candidate databases and track hiring metrics
Support onboarding and orientation for new hires
Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and refine role briefs
Uphold compliance with internal policies and labor regulations
Contribute to employer branding through digital engagement and event support
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in design, architecture, or creative industries
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with hiring platforms and social media outreach
Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines with tact and efficiency
Empathy-driven approach to candidate experience
