Key Responsibilities:



Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction programs. Maintain accurate employee records and update the HR database regularly. Support payroll processing and manage attendance records. Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in

Human Resources, Business Administration

, or a related field.

1 to 1.5 years of experience

in HR or recruitment. Strong

communication and interpersonal skills

. Proficiency in

MS Office

and basic

HR software/tools

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
