Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction programs.
Maintain accurate employee records and update the HR database regularly.
Support payroll processing and manage attendance records.
Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration

1 to 1.5 years of experience
in HR or recruitment.
