Job Overview:



The

HR Executive

is responsible for managing key HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and training coordination. The role focuses on building a positive and productive workplace culture while ensuring seamless HR operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with management to support strategy development and execution. Strong communication, people management, and organizational skills are essential. This role is pivotal in aligning people, performance, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding



Manage the complete recruitment cycle -- from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer rollout and joining formalities. Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures. Conduct onboarding sessions, documentation verification, and induction for new employees. Maintain and update candidate and employee records accurately. Prepare and share the role document and KRA for each role Conduct performance review during probationary period and share the confirmation letters

2. Employee Engagement & Team Concerns



Build positive employee relations through regular check-ins and team interactions. Address grievances and coordinate with managers to resolve employee concerns within stipulated timelines. Organize engagement activities, celebrations, and internal communication initiatives to enhance team culture. Maintain confidentiality and act as a trusted point of contact for employees.

3. Training & Development



Identify training needs in coordination with department leads. Organize internal and external training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities. Gather participant feedback and prepare post-training reports for evaluation. Maintain training calendars and ensure consistent learning and development efforts across teams.

4. HR Documentation, Policies & Reviews



Draft, update, and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks. Manage and audit HR documentation such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and appraisal forms. Support the monthly and quarterly performance review process and ensure accurate reporting. Ensure HR compliance with internal and external regulations.

5. Systems, Strategy & Project Coordination



Collaborate with management to implement HR process improvements and automation initiatives. Support HR analytics and reporting headcount, attrition, hiring data, and performance metrics. Assist in driving strategic HR projects and organizational development activities. Ensure cross-departmental alignment and timely execution of HR deliverables.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1+years of experience

in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist functions. Proficiency in MS Office tools and HR systems (HRMS / ATS). Experience in architecture, design, or construction industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
