Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles (job postings, screening, interview coordination, and selection).
Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and ensure proper documentation.
Assist with payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
Draft and manage HR letters and ensure adherence to company policies.
Plan and organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and feedback surveys.
Address employee queries and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications
MBA in Human Resources (mandatory).
Freshers are welcome to apply (internship experience in HR will be an added advantage).
Skills Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sound understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle confidential information.
Familiarity with HRMS or ATS tools is a plus.
