We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support and manage end-to-end HR operations. This role will cover the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and requires strong expertise in
GreytHR
application.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end HR operations: onboarding, documentation, employee data management, payroll inputs, exits, etc.
Manage and maintain GreytHR system across modules (attendance, payroll, leave, self-service, etc.)
Ensure timely processing of ESI/PF challans, compliance returns and statutory documentation
Oversee attendance & OT tracking, leave management and grievance handling
Drive employee engagement activities and communication emailers
Support policy rollouts, HR documentation and process updates
Coordinate with finance, IT and operations for HR process integration
Conduct smooth exit formalities and prepare full & final settlement inputs
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in
GreytHR
is a must
Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Familiarity with payroll, labour compliance (PF/ESI) and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Advance Excel & Power BI knowledge is a plus

Preferred Qualification:
MSW/MBA in HR
Must be fluent in:
English, Kannada and Hindi
