Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews). Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction. Maintain employee records and HR database. Support payroll processing and attendance management. Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1-1.5years of experience in HR or recruitment. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?150,000.00 - ?240,000.00 per year
